By accessing, browsing, or using the services provided by MatchTrip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

02. Description of Services

MatchTrip provides a platform facilitating sports match event exploration and ticket reservation packages. We act as a booking platform and agent to assist sports fans in finding and securing tickets for international matches and events.

03. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform (like ticket requests and order tracking), you may be required to register and authenticate via our OTP system or third-party OAuth providers (Google). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

04. Booking & Payment

All ticket bookings are subject to availability. When you submit a booking request or communicate via our order chat:

• Ticket prices are subject to change based on market demand and tournament phases.
• A reservation is only confirmed once full payment is completed and verification is sent by our team.
• Payments must be made through our designated secure payment channels.

05. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because match ticket availability and pricing depend directly on active sports events and official organizations:

• Generally, confirmed ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless specifically stated in writing by MatchTrip at the time of purchase.
• If an event is permanently cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds will be governed by the policy of the official event organizer. MatchTrip will assist you in processing these claims.

06. Limitation of Liability

MatchTrip acts as an intermediary booking agent and shall not be held liable for:

• Changes in match dates, times, or venues decided by official bodies (FIFA, UEFA, leagues, etc.).
• Actions, delays, or failures of third-party ticket suppliers, transport providers, or event organizers.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your travel or attendance at events.

07. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the active jurisdiction of operation. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Turkey (for .tr domains) and the United Kingdom (for .uk domains).
